• Once the research experiment is completed, the usage fee is calculated based on the provided fab service content
• An invoice/tax invoice will be issued to the tax invoice recipient's e-mail in the user information.

• You can check the calculated usage fee in 'Research Experiment/Usage Fee Inquiry and Payment'.
• If you have any questions about the usage fee, please contact the equipment manager.

You can choose to pay the usage fee in one of the following three ways.

• 1. In-person Payment (Card Payment)
  • You can visit the Finance and Accounting Office (7th floor) of the National Nanofab Center and pay directly with a card terminal.
• 2. Bank Payment
  • You can pay by bank transfer or online account transfer to a customer-specific account (virtual account).

    A customer-specific account (virtual account) is created individually for each service application (per electronic tax invoice).

• 3. Online Payment
  • You can make a card payment in 'Usage Fee Inquiry and Payment' of the Experiment Management System.
