NDA and Usage fee guide

Direction of Service Provision

• Eligibility : Service application / use is open to any researchers residing outside of South Korea
• Usage Fee/Payment Currency : Payments are made in US dollars, reflecting the average exchange rate of 1,217.50 KRW over the past five years
• Researchers based at overseas universities are subject to the 20% discount rate.(Not applicable to companies or R&D institutes.)
• Supported Fields : Nano-semiconductor processing, MEMS sensors, nanobio, materials, measurement analysis, etc. (Development services are subject to separate negotiation)
• Procedure : Separate application, consultation, quotation issuance, Purchase Order and Terms of Use approval, user registration, service provision, etc. from domestic services
• Terms of Use : Specifies overseas user fab service procedures, usage fees, obligations of the institute and users, contract termination and usage restrictions, damages, disclaimers, jurisdiction, etc.
